Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of Cloud Photo Show. By using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Cloud Photo Show imports publicly shared Google Photos albums and, when a signed-in user explicitly chooses it, can receive specific private photos selected through Google Photos Picker. Videos selected through the Picker are skipped. It provides browser-based editing and creates downloadable slideshow videos locally in compatible browsers. Account features may store lightweight shared-album project instructions and media identifiers, but not copies of source media, Google access tokens, or exported videos.

Your responsibility and permissions

You are responsible for the album links, media, music, titles, and other material you use. You represent that you have permission to access and use that material and to create and distribute the resulting slideshow. A shared link may allow anyone who receives it to access the album; manage sharing through Google Photos.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, distribute malicious material, probe or disrupt the service, bypass limits or security controls, automate abusive requests, or use another person’s account without permission.

Accounts

You are responsible for access to your Google account and devices. We may limit, suspend, or terminate account access to protect users or the service, comply with law, enforce these Terms, or manage a test program. You may delete your account through the Account panel. Browser-local information is controlled separately by your browser.

Third-party services

Cloud Photo Show depends on third-party services, including Google Photos, Google Sign-In, browser media capabilities, and Amazon Web Services. Their availability, terms, and behavior are outside our control. Cloud Photo Show is not sponsored by or affiliated with Google unless expressly stated otherwise.

Availability and changes

This is an evolving service. Features, limits, compatibility, and availability may change. Saved projects may require reconnection to their original shared albums. Privately selected Picker photos are session-only: they are removed when the editor is closed or reloaded and are not included in saved projects. Keep your own copies of important media and finished videos. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or permanent project storage.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, Cloud Photo Show and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of media or projects, or loss resulting from third-party services. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service develops. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice. Questions may be sent to cloudphotoshow@gmail.com.
